The parcel can be declared in Gofer, both, before receiving the parcel, adding a tracking code, and after the parcel arrives at the American address.

When declaring the parcel, it’s important to indicate the name, price, and the sender of the parcel.

After pressing the button "Preliminary Declaration", indicate the tracing code, in the appropriate field write the price of the item in USD, and in the list, select a general category of products, for example: clothes, shoes, electrical devices (if you cannot find the exact category of your products, mark "various finished products" and, if you wish, specify an additional service request.

Please take into consideration that you will be fined 40% of the VAT on the first parcel declared in mistake to avoid custom fees, and 100% on the next.

Parcels are issued from the warehouse based on the identity document of the person placing the order.

Gofer couriers know the shortest ways to get to you best, but please note that our courier will come to the indicated address 2 times maximum, and the parcel will be handed over based on the identity document of the recipient.

The receiving person may be a family member, neighbor, or other.

Repackaging means packing the boxed parcel to your US address relatively compact and is mostly needed to reduce weight and size.

Take into consideration that the repackaging service of Gofer is free of charge, whereas, despite the request, fragile things will not be repacked.

Additional repacking service is required for parcels with specific contents. For example, if the item ordered is fragile, it may be specially repackaged to reduce the risk of damage.
