All procedures necessary for customs clearance and for relations with customs are carried out by the declarants of our company.
According to the definition of the Revenue Service, declaring parcels is a service independent of the postal shipping service and is subject of taxation. Unlike other companies, customers do not have to pay a declaration fee, this service is available to our customers completely free of charge.
From May 14, 2022, the law will include an amendment. In particular, the resolution No.201 of the Government of Georgia will be amended. According to the amendment, the Government of Georgia along with a customs duty, imposes custom service fee of Georgia on the custom clearance goods. • 20 GEL will be added to the customs clearance amount, for goods worth 300 to 3 000 GEL; • 100 GEL will be added to the customs clearance amount, for goods worth 3 000 to 10 000 GEL;
The above-mentioned amount will be paid to Treasury account of Georgia, before the declaration is printed and the customs clearance fee is paid.
